Their ornaments are a modern version of Intarsia, which originated in 14th century Italy. Each piece is cut, shaped, sanded and finished, then carefully fitted together to form a 3-dimensional design. Sailboats, snowmen, santas, tree frogs and many ohter designs are offered in lovely hues of the natural woods used. |
